While placing an order the customer is advised to keep in mind about minor variations in color that can occur due to various reasons. Weavers tries their best to reproduce the exact color of the product on your screen, as seen on the monitor of the Customer.

Variation may also be felt because of different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used. Garments also have a tendency to
reflect different shades' of color under different lights. A 10% variation in shade is considered as normal
We do not have handstock of sarees and they are directly from weavers/manufacturers. Hence there will be strictly no returns accepted of products for any reason other than a damage noticed along with unpacking
video proof. Small thread pulls, small zari cuts and small holes in the handloom sarees are common...They are not to be treated as damages.

Quality of products is according to the price of the item and not as per customer expectations. Please understand we are not manufacturers of the product to accept the return directly. Only upon manufacturer acceptance on damage confirmation we can return the product to them.
We handle only 100% pure handloom silk sarees under Million Sarees , however Bill and/or Silk mark certificate is not given by all weavers, Please check with us for the same prior to proceeding to purchase of any saree.

Please take your time in shooting video for the opening of the parcel and checking of the complete saree thoroughly for any kind of damage which needs to be captured in a single video. If later you are showing a damage we won't be able to handle the issue. No complaints will be entertained without a video proof
